Listing websites

If you are not satisfied with a purchased listing website, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. The hosted page is deactivated when the refund is issued. Reasonable content corrections (typos, facts, photo swaps) are always included free — ask before refunding; most issues are fixed within hours.

Custom projects

Automation and lead-system engagements are scoped individually; their refund and cancellation terms are stated in each project agreement before any payment is taken.

How to request

Email zachomemedia@gmail.com from the address used at checkout, or reply to the phone number that delivered your preview. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days.
