1. Services

OriginationOS ("we") provides software automation services, lead-infrastructure builds, and hosted single-property listing websites for real estate and mortgage professionals. Listing websites are sold as a one-time purchase and delivered as a hosted service; automation and lead-system engagements are scoped and agreed per project.

2. Listing website licenses and media rights

Purchasing a listing website grants the purchasing agent a license to use the hosted page for marketing the specific property it presents. By purchasing, you represent that you are the listing agent of record (or their authorized representative) and hold all rights necessary to display the photographs, video, and media appearing on the page, and you agree to indemnify OriginationOS against claims arising from media you did not have the right to use. Pre-purchase previews are unlisted, watermarked, time-limited drafts.

3. Payment

Prices are published at checkout and are the same for every customer. Payments are processed by Stripe. Listing website purchases are one-time fees; no subscription is created.

4. Refunds

Listing website purchases are refundable in full within 7 days of purchase; the page is deactivated upon refund. Project-based engagements follow the refund terms in their individual scope agreement. See our refund policy.

5. Content standards

Listing page copy is generated from published listing data and screened for Fair Housing compliance. Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. OriginationOS is an independent software and marketing service; it is not a brokerage, lender, or MLS participant, and nothing we publish is an offer of brokerage or financial services.

6. Liability

Services are provided as-is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
